12-Month Limited Warranty
FOR HOOK-i WHEELCHAIRS
For 12 months from the date of delivery, Hook-i Tech will repair or replace at our discretion,to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found by a Hook-i Techrepresentative to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
- Main Frame including footrest and armrests;
- Wheel forks;
- Bearings and Bushes;
- Electronics limited to: Motors; Control Pad/Joysticks; Chargers; Wiring.
In cases where the complete product must be returned to Hook-i Tech for inspection or repair, Hook-i Tech will provide paid shipping to and from the customer’s address.
6-Month Battery Warranty
For 6 months from the date of delivery, Hook-i Tech will repair or replace at our discretion, to the original purchaser, free of charge, battery packs found by a Hook-i Tech representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
This Warranty only becomes valid when the customer completes and returns the Warranty Registration Form supplied with the product.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not extend to items which may periodically require replacement due to normal wear and tear:
- Plastic Wheel Covers;
- Upholstery and Seating;
- Wheels and Tyres;
- Fuses, Bulbs, Reflectors and Decals;
- Excess motor / bearing noise is usually due to misuse and/or excessive loading and is not covered by this Warranty.
