We use DHL Delivery for all orders across the UK. When your order is despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number enabling you to track your delivery. You can also track your orders after that have been despatched by logging in to Your Account.
All orders are shipped within 1 Working Day where possible, please note that if your order is placed after our daily courier collection your despatch day may be delayed.

All orders with a value more than £995 for UK Mainland addresses (except those listed below) qualify for FREE Standard Delivery (3 Working Days).
Orders £995 and under for UK Mainland addresses the standard shipping cost is £14.99.
UK HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS & NORTHERN IRELAND
All orders for the below areas are surcharged a £20 delivery charge on a 5 Working Day service:

Orders can only be delivered to your shipping address and must be signed for by any person over the age of 18.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY ON DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING FOR RECEIPT. IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS TO REJECT THE DELIVERY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE IF YOUR ORDER IS SIGNED FOR IN GOOD CONDITION.
